Where can I find our Microsoft Dynamics CRM Organization URI?

Overview
To integrate SalesScreen with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you need the domain address you use to sign in to your Dynamics CRM organization. This is called the Organization URI.

Step 1: Sign in to Microsoft Dynamics CRM

  1. Open your web browser.

  2. Sign in to your Microsoft Dynamics CRM organization.

Once signed in, look at the address bar in your browser.

Step 2: Identify the Organization URI

In the address bar, you will see a URL similar to:

https://myorgname.crm4.dynamics.com/main.aspx#484790036

You only need the Organization URI part of this address.

Copy the text string that:

  • Starts with https://

  • Ends with .com

In this example, the Organization URI is:

https://myorgname.crm4.dynamics.com

The exact format may vary between organizations, but as long as you copy everything from https:// up to and including .com, you’re good to go.
