Lets say you are looking at Target Progression like the one below. You are trying to find "Erin" in this list but cannot:
1. Check the Target Progression widget
You are looking at Target Progression and can’t find Erin in the list of users:
If a user is missing here, it usually means they have no target set for this metric/period.
2. Confirm that the user has reports
First, make sure the user is actually logging activity on this metric.
Go to Reports.
Filter by the correct Activity type, Period, and User (for example, Erin).
You can see that Erin has several reports:
So the problem is not reporting; it’s the missing target.
3. Check if the user has a target
Go to Manage → Targets.
Stay on the User tab.
Filter by Period, Team, and Type (e.g. 1. Sales KPI).
Erin is listed, but Value / Quantity / Provision may be 0, meaning she has no target yet:
4. Add a target for the user
In the Targets page, click Add targets.
Select:
Period (e.g. May 2025)
User (e.g. Erin Adams)
Type (e.g. 1. Sales KPI)
Activity (or leave as All if the target is for the whole metric)
Enter the target in the correct field:
Value if your metric/widget uses value
Quantity if it uses quantity
Provision if it uses provision
(Make sure you add the target to the same field that the metric and widget are using.)
Click Add targets to save.
Now that Erin has a target on this activity type, she will appear in Target Progression and other target‑based slides/widgets for that period.
