If needed, click the metric again to adjust filters such as product, team, or activity type.
Step 3 – When is it, and what are the rules?

Click Save.
Step 5 – Prizes, name, and publish
Under Step 5: Choose your prizes and winners, click Select prizes.

On the right‑hand side, add a Title and optional Description, and pick a visual theme for screens.
Choose Save as draft if you want to finish later, or Save and publish to schedule/start the competition.
What if this doesn’t work?
I don’t see “King of the Hill” as an option
Make sure your company is on Pro or Enterprise and that your user has permission to create competitions. If it’s still missing, contact your SalesScreen admin or support.
The competition doesn’t start or show data
Check that the start time is in the past (or now), that the metric is correct, and that participants are logging activity on that metric during the competition period.
The leaderboard looks wrong
Open the competition, review the metric filters and Game Rules, then save and allow a short time for data to refresh.
Nothing appears on TV screens
Confirm the competition is published, not a draft, and that it’s added to at least one playlist used by an online screen.
