Welcome to SalesScreen! This guide walks you through everything you should do when you first log in — from setting up your profile to logging your first activity. It takes about 10 minutes, and some of these steps unlock features you'll love.

Step 1: Set up your profile

Your profile is how your team recognises you across the platform. To open it, click your name in the top-left corner of the screen.

From your profile page you can:

  • Add a profile photo — click the circle where your photo appears to upload one.

  • Set a cover image — click the camera icon on your banner to choose a photo from Unsplash or upload your own.

  • Set a nickname — your nickname appears on leaderboards and celebrations. Click your name on the profile page to edit it.

Step 2: Set your birthday

SalesScreen loves to celebrate you — and your birthday is a big one. When you set your birthday, the platform will surprise you with a celebration on your special day that your whole team can see.

Don't worry — your age is never shown. SalesScreen only uses the date to know when to celebrate you, not to display how old you are.

To set your birthday:

  1. On your profile page, look at the Actions panel on the right side.

  2. Click "Let us celebrate YOU! — Set your birthday".

  3. Pick your birthday from the date picker and save.

You may also earn bonus coins on your birthday — check with your manager about how your company has this configured.

Step 3: Set your hire date

Your hire date lets SalesScreen track and celebrate your work anniversaries. When your anniversary comes around, the platform will recognise it with a celebration shared with your team — a small but meaningful way to acknowledge how long you've been contributing.

To set your hire date:

  1. In the Actions panel on your profile page, click "Set your hire date".

  2. Enter the date you joined the company and save.

Step 4: Set up your personal celebration video

This is one of the most fun parts of SalesScreen. Every time you log an activity — a sale, a call, a meeting — you can have a YouTube video play as a personal victory moment, shared with your team on the feed and on any connected TV screens.

Think pump-up music, a famous movie clip, or anything that represents you. Choose wisely — your teammates will see it every time you win!

To set up your celebration video:

  1. From your profile page, look for the "Customize your personal celebration" card — it says "You deserve to be celebrated."

  2. Click "+ Create celebration".

  3. Paste in a YouTube link for the video you want to play when you log a win.

  4. Save your celebration.

Your celebration video will now play automatically whenever you register an activity — whether you log it directly in SalesScreen or through your CRM.

Step 5: Get the mobile app

SalesScreen has a mobile app for iOS and Android so you can stay connected, check your leaderboard position, and see celebrations on the go.

In the Actions panel, click "Don't miss out — Get the app" to see a QR code and links to download it from the App Store or Google Play. You can also scan the QR code directly from your profile page.

Step 6: Understand your home feed

Click Home in the left navigation to get to your main feed. This is your team's activity wall — you'll see activity reports, battle challenges, achievement unlocks, and celebrations from your colleagues here.

The feed has two modes: Trending (most-liked recent posts) and Filter (to narrow by activity type). You can like and comment on posts, or click Endorse on a colleague's post to give them a boost.

The Actions panel on the right side of the Home page is your personalised to-do list. It shows the most important setup steps you haven't completed yet — like setting your birthday, hire date, or starting your first mission. These disappear as you complete them.

Step 7: Log your first activity

Your activity data is what drives everything in SalesScreen — leaderboards, achievements, coins, and competitions all depend on what's logged.

If your company uses a CRM (like Salesforce or HubSpot), your data may already be syncing automatically — check your Dashboard to see if numbers are coming in. If you need to log manually:

  1. Click the green + New button at the top of the left sidebar.

  2. Select Report (some accounts show this as "Log Activity").

  3. Choose the activity type (e.g., Call, Meeting, Sale) and enter the quantity.

  4. Click Submit. Your data will appear on leaderboards and your Dashboard immediately, and your personal celebration video will play on the feed.

Step 8: Check your Dashboard

Click Dashboard in the left menu to see two views:

  • Leaderboards — how you rank against your team on metrics like Revenue, Sales, Calls, and Meetings. Updates in real time.

  • My Data — your personal performance charts over time, showing trends and trajectory.

Use the date range selector at the top to switch between different time periods.

Step 9: Explore Achievements

Head to Achievements in the left menu (under Gamification). Achievements are badges you earn by hitting performance milestones — things like logging the most sales in a week or consistently improving month over month.

Each achievement card shows what you need to do to unlock it and how far along you are. Star your favourites to track them on your profile page.

Step 10: Explore Rewards

Coins are the currency of SalesScreen. You earn them by logging activities, unlocking achievements, and participating in competitions. Your balance is always shown in the top-left sidebar.

Go to Rewards to browse your company's reward shop. You can redeem coins for items your company has set up — from gift cards to experiences. You can also Suggest a reward if you'd like something added.

To see exactly how many coins each activity earns you, click Coins Setup in the Rewards section.

What's next?

Once you're set up, explore what makes SalesScreen fun:

  • Check out Competitions to see what team challenges are running.

  • Go to Battles to challenge a colleague to a head-to-head contest.

  • Open Missions to set a personal goal for yourself.

  • Click your name and open the Insights tab to read your AI-generated performance report.
