Coins are SalesScreen's currency. You earn them through your own performance — and through the recognition your teammates give you. You can then spend them in your company's reward shop. This system is designed to make great work visible and to reward both individual effort and team spirit.
How you earn coins
Coins are awarded in several ways:
Logging activities — every time you submit a report, you earn coins based on the activity type. The coin value per activity is set by your admin.
Unlocking achievements — hitting performance milestones rewards you with coins automatically.
Participating in competitions — finishing well in team competitions can earn you coins depending on how your company has set it up.
Receiving endorsements — when a colleague endorses one of your activity posts on the feed, you earn coins. This is one of the most important ways coins flow in a team.
Boosts on missions and battles — teammates can boost your active missions and battles to cheer you on, and this also earns you coins.
Birthday and work anniversary — depending on your company's setup, you may receive bonus coins on your birthday or hire date anniversary.
Giving coins to your teammates
When you endorse a colleague's post on the feed, or boost their mission or battle, you are giving them coins. It costs nothing to you — it's a free action that directly benefits the person you're recognising.
This is one of the most underused features in SalesScreen, and one of the most powerful. Taking 10 seconds to endorse a teammate's win or boost their mission creates a culture where effort is noticed and celebrated — not just by managers, but by the whole team. Over time, teams that actively endorse each other tend to be more engaged and motivated.
Make it a habit: when you see a colleague's win on the feed, hit Endorse. It takes one click and means a lot.
Where to see your coin balance
Your current coin balance is always visible in the top-left corner of the sidebar, next to the coin icon. It updates in real time as you earn and spend coins.
How to redeem a reward
Click Rewards in the left menu (under Gamification).
Browse the available rewards your company has set up.
Click on a reward to see the details and coin cost.
Click Redeem to submit your request.
After you redeem, your request goes to your admin for approval. You won't receive the reward immediately — an admin needs to review and approve it first.
If your company has set up a direct integration with a gift card provider, you'll receive the gift card automatically by email once your admin has approved the request. For other reward types, your admin will arrange fulfilment directly.

Suggest a reward
Don't see something you'd like in the reward shop? You can suggest it. On the Rewards page, look for the Suggest a reward option and submit your idea. Your admin will review it and may add it to the shop.
How many coins does each activity earn?
Coin values are configured by your admin and vary between activity types. To see the exact coin value for each activity, click Coins Setup on the Rewards page. This shows you exactly what each action is worth so you know where to focus your energy.
