Your Player Profile is your personal hub in SalesScreen. It's the go-to place to see your own performance, track everything that's ongoing — missions, battles, competitions — and understand how you're progressing over time. Think of it as your personal dashboard, built around you.

How to open your profile

There are two ways to get to your Player Profile:

  • Click your name or avatar in the top-left corner of the screen.

  • On the Home page, click "View Your Performance" on your profile card.

What you'll find on your profile

Your Player Profile is organised into tabs, each focused on a different part of your performance:

  • Ongoing — everything that's active right now. Your ongoing missions, battles, competitions, key metrics for the current period, favourite rewards, and any coaching tasks. This is the first tab you see and the one to check regularly.

  • Key Metrics — your performance data against targets, shown as charts and trends over time. If your company tracks specific KPIs, you'll see how you're tracking against them here.

  • Game Stats — your gamification history: achievements unlocked, battles won, competitions joined, endorsements received, and rewards redeemed.

  • Insights — an AI-generated summary of your performance, highlighting trends and patterns in your data.

Your profile vs. the global pages

It's worth understanding the difference between your Player Profile and the pages in the left-hand navigation menu.

Your Player Profile is all about you. The missions, battles, and competitions you see there are the ones you're personally involved in.

The left-hand menu (Missions, Battles, Competitions, Achievements, etc.) shows the company-wide view — everything that's happening across the organisation that you have access to. For example, opening Missions from the menu shows all active missions in your company, not just yours.

Use your profile when you want to focus on yourself. Use the menu when you want to explore or engage with what the wider team is doing.

Viewing other people's profiles

You can view the profile of any colleague by clicking on their name or avatar anywhere on the platform — in the feed, on a leaderboard, in a competition, or in a battle. You can also find someone using the search function at the top of the left sidebar.

What you can see on another person's profile depends on your company's privacy settings. Game Stats are generally visible to everyone. Key Metrics and Ongoing information may be restricted.

Team and department profiles

In addition to individual profiles, SalesScreen has Team and Department profile pages. These work the same way as a Player Profile but show aggregated performance for the whole team or department — useful for understanding how your group is tracking collectively.

You can reach a Team or Department profile in two ways:

  • Click on a team name anywhere it appears on the platform (leaderboards, competition pages, etc.).

  • From your own Player Profile, you can see which team and department you belong to — click on it directly to open that team's profile page.

Keeping your profile up to date

Your profile also shows your photo, cover image, nickname, and personal celebration video — all things you set up when you first joined. If you haven't done these yet, or want to update them, just click the edit icons on your profile header. See Get Started with SalesScreen for a step-by-step walkthrough.
