This article is for: Company Admins who want to send an Executive Value Report to executives or budget holders.

What is the Executive Value Report?
The Executive Value Report (EVR) is a structured, visual summary of how SalesScreen is being used and what impact it's having — built for C-level executives and budget holders who don't log in to SalesScreen day-to-day.
It covers:
Active users — how many people are using the platform in the selected period
Key metric performance — your company's primary and secondary KPIs, with period-over-period comparison
Manager spotlight — which managers are most active in SalesScreen and how their teams perform
Competition effect — the measurable uplift from competitions run during the period
Endorsement highlights — a selection of recognition moments from the front line
Engagement & adoption — platform activity including competitions launched, achievements, coaching sessions, and more
Reports are delivered by email as a secure link. Recipients don't need a SalesScreen account — anyone with the link can view the report in their browser.
Create a one-off report
Use this to generate a report on demand — for example, ahead of a business review.
Go to Manage → Report Center and click New report.
Select One-off as the delivery type.
Choose a time period and comparison type (see options below).
Add subscribers — internal users from the dropdown, or external recipients by typing their email address.
Click Preview to review how the report looks before sending.
Click Send.
Set up a scheduled (recurring) report
Scheduled reports are automatically generated and delivered on a regular cadence — no manual work required after the initial setup.
Go to Manage → Report Center and click New report.
Select Scheduled as the delivery type.
Choose a cadence: Daily, Weekly, Fiscal Monthly, or Fiscal Quarterly.
Set the time period and comparison type.
Add subscribers and click Preview.
Confirm and save. The first report will be sent at the next scheduled date.
A common setup is Fiscal Quarterly, on the first day of a new quarter, covering the previous quarter — giving recipients a clean, complete picture four times a year.
Add and manage recipients
You can add two types of subscribers:
Internal users — any admin or manager with a SalesScreen account, selected from the dropdown
External recipients — anyone outside SalesScreen, added by email address (no SalesScreen account needed)
Each subscriber receives their own unique link. Links are valid for 48 hours. If a link expires, the system automatically sends a new one to the subscriber's registered email address.
⚠️ Use real email addresses. When a link expires, the renewal goes to that address. If it's a fake or throwaway inbox, the recipient can never re-access the report.
To revoke access for a specific subscriber, open the report in Generated Reports and remove them from the subscriber list.
What if this doesn't work?
The recipient says the link is expired: The 48-hour window has passed. The system automatically sends a new link to their registered email — ask them to check their inbox. If the email address was entered incorrectly, update it and resend.
Key metrics are missing or showing 0: The EVR pulls from your company-level key metrics configuration. If no key metrics are set up at the company level, this section will be empty. Go to Manage → Company settings → Key metrics to configure them.
Target attainment looks unusually high (e.g. 200%+): This happens when only some teams have targets configured. The average is calculated across metrics where targets exist — incomplete target setup skews the result.
The test email didn't arrive: Check spam. Test emails from the preview function should arrive within a few minutes.
