How do I create a mission in SalesScreen?

You create a mission from New → Mission and then either accept one of the suggested missions, base it on a Blueprint, or build your own mission from scratch.

Prerequisites

  • Missions are enabled for your company

  • You can see New → Mission in the left‑hand menu


Step 1 – Start from “New → Mission”

  1. In the left‑hand sidebar, click New.

  2. Choose Mission.


Step 2 – Choose Mission mode

You’ll see the Choose your Mission Mode screen:

  • Private

    • Only visible to you and your manager

    • Does not affect leaderboards

    • Great for trying out missions without pressure

  • Normal

    • Visible to colleagues

    • Can appear on mission leaderboards

    • Colleagues can boost you with coins (if Rewards/Coins are enabled)

Click Select on the mode you want. You can change this later.


Step 3 – Pick how you want to create the mission

The left side shows three main ways to create a mission:

Option A – Pick a suggested mission

  1. Go to the Suggestions tab (this is usually selected by default).

  2. Browse the suggested missions (for example Daily Call Blueprint, Weekly Sales Velocity Dashboard).

  3. Click Accept mission on the card you want.

The milestones and structure are pre‑configured; you just start playing.

Use this when you want a ready‑made mission that follows best practices.


Option B – Use a Blueprint (managers/admins)

If your admins/managers have created Mission Blueprints:

  1. Click the Blueprints section (left‑hand side).

  2. Select a blueprint (for example Commercial Pipeline Acceleration Blueprint).

  3. Click Accept mission to start that blueprint for yourself.

Blueprints give everyone the same mission structure so the team can align around the same focus.


Option C – Create your own mission

  1. Click Create in the left‑hand side.

  2. Choose:

    • For me – build a mission for yourself

    • For others (managers/admins) – build a mission for selected users

    • Blueprint (managers/admins) – save this mission as a reusable template

  3. Set up the mission:

    • Add a title and description

    • Define milestones (e.g. number of calls, meetings, proposals, achievements, to‑dos)

    • Choose the period (daily, weekly, monthly, custom)

    • Optionally allow coin boosts if Rewards is enabled

  4. Save the mission and start it.

Use this when you want a fully customized challenge tailored to your own KPIs.


What if this doesn’t work?

I can’t see “Mission” under New
Missions may not be enabled for your company or your role. Ask a Company Admin or your CSM to confirm that Missions is turned on and that you have access.

I don’t see Blueprints or “For others”
Only managers/admins with the right permissions can create missions for others or mission blueprints. If you need this, ask your admin for the appropriate role.

Suggested missions are empty
Your company might not have enabled or configured any suggested missions yet. You can still use Create → For me to build your own mission.
