The mission you want to boost is Public / Normal (not Private)
Step‑by‑step instructions
Step 1 – Find the mission
Go to Home/ Feed/ or the Missions area in SalesScreen.
Look for a public mission card for your colleague.
You’ll see the mission name, milestones and a Boost mission button.
Step 2 – Open the Boost menu
On the mission card, click Boost mission.
A Boost panel opens, showing:
Predefined boost amounts (for example 10, 50, 200 coins).
A custom amount field if you want to choose your own number.
Step 3 – Choose how many coins to boost
Either:
Click one of the predefined options, or
Enter a custom amount in the free‑text/number field.
Check the Boosted by list in the panel to see if others have already boosted the mission.
Step 4 – Confirm the boost
Press and hold (or click, depending on UI) the button to boost the mission.
The selected number of coins is now reserved as a boost for that mission.
If your colleague completes the mission, those coins are paid out to them.
If they don’t complete it, the reserved coins are returned to your balance.
What if this doesn’t work?
I don’t see the Boost mission button
The mission might be Private, not Public/Normal. Only public missions can be boosted.
Missions or Rewards/Coins may not be enabled for your company. Ask a Company Admin or CSM.
I can’t select an amount or the boost fails
Check that you have enough coins. Your current balance is shown in Rewards → Earnings.
If you’re a budget admin, make sure you have enough budget left.
My boost isn’t visible on the mission card
Refresh the Feed / Missions page; boosts may take a moment to update.
If it still doesn’t show, contact your admin or SalesScreen Support with the mission name, user and time you boosted.
