How do I duplicate (copy) an existing feed in SalesScreen?

You can duplicate an existing feed, give it a new name, assign a different team, and adjust which sources/metrics it shows—much faster than creating a feed from scratch.

Prerequisites

  • You can access Home / Feed and Manage feeds

  • You know which team should use the new feed

  • Remember: one team can only be assigned to one feed (a team cannot belong to two feeds at the same time)

Step 1 – Open Manage feeds

  1. Go to the Home / Feed page.

  2. In the top‑right corner of the feed, click More actions (three dots).

  3. Click Manage feeds.

Step 2 – Duplicate an existing feed

  1. In Manage feeds, find the feed you want to copy.

  2. Click the cogwheel (settings) on that feed.

  3. Choose Duplicate.

You are automatically taken to the settings page of the new feed.

Step 3 – Rename the new feed

  1. At the top, change the Title/Name to what you want the new feed to be called.

  2. (Optional) Add or update the Description.

Step 4 – Assign a team to the new feed

  1. In the Teams section, look at the Available teams list.

    • Teams without a warning triangle are available to be assigned.

    • Teams with a warning triangle are already assigned to another feed and cannot be added here.

  2. Select the team you want by clicking the plus (+) or Add button.

Note: A team can only be in one feed at a time. You cannot assign the same team to two different feeds.

Step 5 – Configure sources and metrics

In the Sources section, decide what content this feed should show:

  1. Turn each source on or off as needed, for example:

    • Achievements (with an optional Achievement filter)

    • Endorsement

    • Battle, Birthday, New Employee, Work Anniversary

    • Rewards, Missions, etc.

  2. For metrics‑based sources, you can:

    • Select which metric(s) to show.

    • Set thresholds (for example: show only sales over a certain value).

    • Use Set custom team filter if you want a source to show posts for a different team selection than the feed’s default.

Step 6 – Save the new feed

  1. Review the settings (name, team, sources, thresholds).

  2. Click Save.

Your duplicated feed is now a separate feed with its own team and configuration.

What if this doesn’t work?

I don’t see Manage feeds or the cogwheel / Duplicate option
You likely don’t have feed admin rights. Ask a Company Admin to grant access or duplicate the feed for you.

The team I want has a warning triangle and can’t be selected
That team is already assigned to another feed. You must either:

  • Remove the team from the other feed first, or

  • Decide which single feed that team should use.

The new feed isn’t showing the right content

  • Check the Sources section to ensure the right types (Achievements, Endorsements, metrics, etc.) are enabled.

  • Verify any thresholds or custom filters; they may be hiding posts you expect to see.
