How do I contact SalesScreen Support?

The fastest way to reach SalesScreen Support is via the in‑app chat, available in the bottom‑right corner of the web app and inside the SalesScreen mobile app.

Prerequisites

  • You are logged in to SalesScreen web or the SalesScreen mobile app


Option 1 – Contact support from the web app (recommended)

  1. Log in to SalesScreen in your browser.

  2. Look for the chat icon in the bottom‑right corner of the screen.

  3. Click the icon to open the Support chat.

  4. Describe your question or issue, and include:

    • Customer / company name

    • User(s) affected

    • Screenshots or short screen recordings if useful

A member of the SalesScreen Support team will reply directly in this chat.


Option 2 – Contact support from the mobile app

  1. Open the SalesScreen mobile app.

  2. Tap the menu / profile icon.

  3. Choose the option for Support / Help / Chat (wording may vary slightly).

  4. Start a conversation and describe your issue.


What if this doesn’t work?

I can’t see the chat icon

  • Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.

  • If your company has strict network policies, the chat widget might be blocked; contact your internal IT team or reach out via email through your CSM.

I need to share logs or more technical details

  • Start the chat, then mention that you’re happy to share logs or more details; Support will guide you on the safest way to do this.
