Where can I see the SalesScreen product roadmap?

You can follow the SalesScreen roadmap primarily through the SalesScreen Community / Feedback portal, and get deeper roadmap context via your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

Prerequisites

  • You are logged in to SalesScreen

  • Your company has access to the SalesScreen Community / Feedback portal


Option 1 – View roadmap and ideas in the SalesScreen Community

  1. In the top‑right corner of SalesScreen, open the profile / company dropdown.

  2. Click Resources.

  3. Select Submit feedback.

    • This opens the SalesScreen Community / Feedback portal in a new tab.

  4. From here you can:

    • See what the product team is working on or planning

    • Browse and vote on existing ideas

    • Submit your own feature requests and follow their status

This is the best “always‑on” place to see what’s on the radar and what other customers are asking for.


Option 2 – Discuss roadmap with your CSM or Account Owner

For roadmap topics that are:

  • Strategic to your business

  • Linked to contracts, renewals or large rollouts

  • Dependent on integrations or complex setups

…you should talk directly with your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Owner.

They can:

  • Share the latest roadmap view relevant to your segment

  • Explain timelines, priorities and dependencies

  • Map your requests to existing items in the backlog/roadmap

  • Help you understand which features you can plan around today vs. longer‑term


What if this doesn’t work?

I don’t see “Resources → Submit feedback” in my menu

  • Your organization might have restricted access to the Community/Feedback portal. Ask a Company Admin or your CSM to confirm access and share the correct link.

I can open the Community but can’t log in or vote

  • Try using the same email you use for SalesScreen.

  • If you still can’t access it, contact SalesScreen Support via the in‑app chat and mention that you’re having trouble logging into the Community.

I don’t know who my CSM or Account Owner is

  • Use the in‑app chat (bottom‑right corner) and ask “Who is our CSM / Account Owner?”

  • Support will connect you with the right person.
