Role
All users can check their own feed. A Company Admin is required to review and change feed settings.

Prerequisites / who this applies to
Have the activity/report details ready, including the user, activity type, value and report date.
Step 1 – Check that the report exists
Go to Reports.
Search for the user who logged the activity.
Select the relevant activity type and date range.
Confirm that the report exists and has the expected date and value.
If the report is not available in Reports, troubleshoot the data source or report registration before checking the feed.
Step 2 – Check the report date
Reports dated more than 48 hours in the past are not automatically added to the feed. This can happen when a report is entered late or arrives through a historical integration sync.
If the report is older than 48 hours, it can still appear in Reports, dashboards and other relevant views—but it will not create a new feed post automatically.
Step 3 – Make sure you are viewing the right feed
Open the feed and check whether you are viewing the default feed or a team-specific feed.
Confirm which team the user belongs to.
Ask a Company Admin to check that the user’s team is assigned to the feed.
A team can have its own default feed, and team-specific feeds normally show content only from the teams assigned to that feed.
Step 4 – Check your feed filters
In the feed, click Filter.
Make sure the relevant post type is selected.
Clear filters temporarily if you are unsure which filter is hiding the post.
Feed filters can limit the types of posts shown in your current view.
Step 5 – Check that the activity is enabled as a feed source
A Company Admin should open the settings for the relevant feed and confirm that the correct metric or activity type is enabled as a source.
Metrics and activity types can be configured as feed-post sources.
Also check whether the source has:
A custom team filter that excludes the user’s team
A selected activity or metric that does not match the report
A threshold that the report has not reached
A threshold can be set so that only reports above a minimum number or value create a feed post.
What if this doesn’t work?
The report is older than 48 hours
The activity will not create a feed post automatically. Use the report date to confirm whether this is expected.
The activity exists in Reports but not in the feed
Check the feed assigned to the user’s team, the active feed source, custom team filters and any configured threshold.
The activity appears for some users but not for others
Check whether users are opening different team feeds or have active feed filters that hide the relevant post type.
Everything is configured correctly, but the post is still missing
Send Support the user name, activity type, report value, report timestamp, team, feed name and a screenshot of the feed-source settings.
