How do I see achievement activity for my team or company?

The Achievements page shows a live, company-wide feed of achievement activity: the biggest recent wins, everyone's most recent unlocks, and who is on an active streak. You can also check your own progress toward every achievement you can still unlock.

See achievement activity across your team, department, or company from the Achievements page. View Highlights, Recent Unlocks, Active Streaks, and My Progress in one place.

Role

All users can view achievement activity.

Managers get an extra filter for the people they manage.

Plan

Available on all plans.

Essentials is capped at 10 total achievements.

Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure:

  • Achievements are enabled for your company.

  • You have access to the Achievements page.

  • Your company's privacy settings allow you to see the achievement activity you are looking for.

Step-by-step: See achievement activity

Step 1 – Open the Achievements page

  1. Click Achievements in the left-hand menu.

The Achievements page shows achievement activity across your company.

Step 2 – Filter by team, department, or company

  1. Use the filters at the top to narrow the feed.

You can filter by:

  • My Department

  • My Team

  • All

Managers also see an extra filter for just the people they manage.

Highlights

Highlights show the biggest recent wins, such as:

  • Long streaks

  • Rare unlocks

  • Legendary unlocks

These stay near the top longer than everyday unlocks, then fade out gradually.

Recent Unlocks

Recent Unlocks shows every unlock, newest first.

Active Streaks

Active Streaks shows streaks that are still going right now, across the whole company.

Step 3 – Check your own progress

  1. Click My Progress on the top right corner.

You can find My Progress:

  • On the Achievements page

  • On the home page

  • On your profile

My Progress shows how many achievements you have ever unlocked. It also opens a side panel with a full list, sorted soonest-to-earn first.

Step 4 – See details on any achievement

  1. Click any achievement on the Achievements page, in the feed, or on a profile.

The achievement opens in a side panel, so you do not lose your place.

What if this doesn’t work?

I don’t see achievements I expect to see

Check your account’s privacy settings. Some companies limit visibility to your own team.

I don’t have the “people I manage” filter

This only shows for users with manager permissions on at least one team.

An achievement shows no rarity label

New achievements, or achievements with little unlock data yet, may not show a label for a while. This is expected.
