How should I use Achievements in SalesScreen?

Use Achievements to understand your progress, build better habits, chase meaningful badges, and stay motivated — with coins and rewards adding extra motivation when your company uses them.

Role: All users, Managers and Company Admins
Plan: All plans

Prerequisites

  • Achievements are enabled for your company

  • Your company has at least one active achievement

  • You have access to the Achievements page

Why Achievements matter

Achievements help turn everyday progress into visible momentum.

Instead of only focusing on final results, Achievements help you see the actions, habits and milestones that lead to better performance. They make progress easier to follow, wins easier to celebrate, and goals easier to chase.

The Achievements page gives you one place to see what is happening across your team or company: meaningful wins, recent unlocks, active streaks and personal progress.

Use it as a place to check in, get motivated, and understand what strong performance looks like in practice.

What is in it for me?

If you are an end user: Achievements help you understand your own progress and what to focus on next. Use My Progress to see what you have already unlocked, which badges you can chase next, and how close you are to completing the full set.

If you are a team leader or manager: Achievements help you spot momentum across your team. Use the Achievements page to see who is unlocking badges, who is building streaks, and where you can celebrate or coach consistency.

If you are an admin: Achievements help you guide the right behavior. Create achievements that reinforce the habits, milestones and outcomes that matter most to your business.

If your company uses coins and rewards, Achievements can also give people something extra to work toward. A badge recognizes the moment, while coins can make that progress feel even more tangible.

Step 1 – Open the Achievements page

Go to the Achievements page to see what your team or company is unlocking.

Here you can follow:

  • Highlights

  • Recent Unlocks

  • Active Streaks

  • My Progress

Use this page as a quick pulse check for recognition, performance and motivation.

Step 2 – Check My Progress

Use My Progress to see how many different achievements you have unlocked.

This helps you answer:

  • What have I already achieved?

  • What can I unlock next?

  • Which badges should I chase?

  • Am I building consistent habits over time?

The goal is not only to collect badges. It is to become more aware of the actions that lead to better results.

Step 3 – Look for rare and meaningful wins

Achievements can have rarity labels such as Common, Uncommon, Rare and Legendary.

Rarity helps you understand how special an unlock is. A common achievement can show good daily progress, while a rare or legendary achievement can highlight exceptional performance.

Use rare wins as moments worth celebrating.

Step 4 – Follow streaks to build consistency

Use Active Streaks to see who is showing up repeatedly over time.

For users, streaks can make progress feel more motivating and concrete. For managers, they make it easier to spot consistent effort before it turns into final results.

Strong performance is often built through repeated actions. Streaks make those actions visible.

Step 5 – Chase badges, and coins when available

Achievements are primarily about progress, recognition and motivation. They help users understand what good performance looks like and give them badges to chase over time.

If your company uses coins, some achievements may also award coins. This gives users an extra reason to work toward meaningful milestones, because progress can also move them closer to rewards.

Coins work best when they support the behaviors you want to reinforce. They should not make every achievement feel the same. Use them for milestones that deserve extra attention, such as stretch goals, rare achievements or consistent effort over time.

Step 6 – Use Achievements in team conversations

Achievements work best when they become part of everyday coaching and recognition.

Managers can use them to:

  • Celebrate people who are improving

  • Recognize consistent effort

  • Start conversations about what drives performance

  • Encourage people to chase the next badge

  • Highlight rare achievements in team meetings

Admins can support this by creating achievements that connect directly to the behaviors the company wants more of.

Best practices

Keep it visible. Encourage users and managers to check Achievements regularly, not only when someone unlocks a badge.

Make it personal. Users should use My Progress to understand their own development and decide what to chase next.

Celebrate the meaningful wins. Rare and Legendary achievements should feel like big moments.

Coach consistency, not only outcomes. Use streaks and recent unlocks to recognize effort before it shows up in final numbers.

Use coins intentionally. If your company uses coins, connect them to achievements that should feel worth chasing — especially stretch goals, rare wins or behaviors you want to reinforce.

Create achievements with purpose. Admins should connect achievements to business goals, team habits and the behaviors that lead to stronger results.
