Find your lessons
Click Learning in the left menu to see the lessons for you. Search by name or filter by category.
Each card shows where you are: Not started, In progress, Passed or Failed.
Home shows how many lessons you still have to complete, with a link to Learning.
You can also open lessons in the SalesScreen mobile app.
Take a lesson
Click a lesson to open it, and read or watch the content.
Click Start quiz.
Answer every question. The quiz shows how many you have answered and the score you need to pass.
Click Submit answers.
Answer every question in one go: if you close the quiz before submitting, your answers are lost.
Some lessons have no quiz. Then tick I confirm I have read the lesson and click Submit. That completes the lesson and pays its coins.
Your result
You passed: you see your score and the coins you earned. Click See results to review the right answers.
Not this time: you see your score and the score you needed. If the lesson allows it, click Try again. Some lessons only allow one attempt; then you can see the right answers.
Once you have passed, you can't take the quiz again.
How coins work
You earn the coins once, the first time you pass a lesson.
A lesson can have a limited number of coins to give out. When they are used up, you can still pass, but you see "No coins this time".
Your coins from lessons show on the Earnings tab of the Rewards page, with Learning as the source.
Notifications and reminders
When a new lesson is published for you, you get a notification, a push notification in the mobile app and an email.
If you haven't opened a lesson yet, you get a reminder every week while it is available.
The day before a lesson ends, you get a reminder if you haven't passed it yet.
To stop the emails, open your profile settings, go to Privacy and turn off Subscribe to learning emails. You still get the notifications in SalesScreen.
What if this doesn't work?
I can't find a lesson I was told about: it may not be published yet, it may have ended, or it may be for another team. Ask the person who created it.
I can't start the quiz: you failed a lesson that only allows one attempt, the lesson isn't meant for you (you are not in its audience), or you created it. If you already passed, the button shows See results instead.
I passed but got no coins: the lesson may have no coins, or its coins were used up before you passed. Check the Earnings tab on the Rewards page for coins you did get.
