Overview
You can remove targets for your users if they should no longer have a goal.
You can do this for one user at a time, or for many users at once with bulk edit.
Prerequisites
You must have access to Manage → Targets.
Step 1 – Go to Targets
At the bottom left of SalesScreen, click Manage.
In the menu, under Company, click Targets.
Step 2 – Open the metric
In the Targets overview, click the metric where you want to remove targets (for example Numbers of Sales).
You will now see a table with months and users.
Option A – Delete target for one specific user
Step 3A – Clear the value for that user
Find the user in the User column.
Go to the month where you want to delete the target.
Click the target value in that cell.
Remove the number (or set it to 0, depending on how you want to “delete” the target).
This will only change the target for that one user and that one period.
Option B – Delete targets for many users (bulk edit)
Step 3B – Open Bulk edit targets
On the left above the user list, click Bulk edit targets.
In the Bulk edit targets panel:
In Target, type 0 (or leave empty if you want no target at all).
In Select target periods, choose which months you want to clear.
In Users, choose All to update everyone, or select specific users or teams.
Click Save in the panel.
Step 4 – Save changes
Back on the Targets page, click Save changes in the bottom right corner to confirm.
Your targets are now removed for the selected users and periods.
What happens next
Users with cleared targets will no longer have goals for those periods in this metric.
If you need to add new targets later, you can come back to the same page and enter new values or use Bulk edit targets again.
