Prerequisites
You have access to Manage → Settings in SalesScreen
Step‑by‑step instructions
Step 1 – Go to Settings
In SalesScreen, look at the bottom left corner.
Click Manage → Settings.
Step 2 – Open Date settings
Step 3 – Choose the year
On the Date settings page, scroll to the Working days section (bottom of the page).
In the Year dropdown, select the year you want to adjust.
Step 4 – Add or remove a custom holiday
Use this for special days that are not in the normal holiday list.
Click Add custom holiday.
Choose the date.
(Optional) Enter a short description (for example “Company offsite”).
Confirm to save.
To remove a custom holiday later, click the X / remove option next to that date.
Step 5 – Add or remove suggested holidays
Use this to quickly manage official holidays for a country.
Click Show suggested holidays.
In the Suggested holidays dropdown, choose your country (for example Norway, United Kingdom, United States).
For the selected year you’ll see a list of holiday dates:
Step 6 – Save your changes
When you’re done adding or removing holidays, scroll to the bottom.
Click Save date settings.
What happens next?
All selected holidays are skipped in target progression calculations.
Any days you removed will now be treated as normal working days again.
You can repeat these steps for other years any time your holiday calendar changes.
What if this doesn’t work?
I can’t find Date settings
Make sure you are a Company Admin. If you don’t see Manage → Settings → Date settings, ask another admin to check your permissions.
My changes don’t seem to affect targets
Confirm you edited the correct year and clicked Save date settings.
Check that your targets and periods actually fall within that year. If targets span multiple years, you may need to adjust holidays for each year.
