How do I manually assign an Achievement to a user?

You assign an achievement by opening Achievements → Manage achievements, clicking the three dots on the achievement, choosing Assign, then picking the user and date.

Prerequisites

  • The achievement is already created and activated

  • You can access Achievements → Manage achievements


Step‑by‑step instructions

Step 1 – Open Manage achievements

  1. In the left‑hand menu, click Achievements.

  2. In the top‑right corner, click Manage achievements.


Step 2 – Open Assign for the achievement

  1. Find the achievement you want to give (for example Chief).

  2. Click the three dots (⋯) on that achievement’s row.

  3. Click Assign.

The Assign Achievement window opens.


Step 3 – Choose user and date

  1. Under User, select the user who should receive the achievement.

  2. Under Date, pick the date and time when the achievement should be considered earned.

  3. (Optional) Turn Show on screen on if you want the assignment to trigger a TV celebration.


Step 4 – Assign the achievement

  • Click Assign achievement.

The user now has this achievement in their profile, trophy cabinet, and any related leaderboards, as if they had unlocked it normally.


What if this doesn’t work?

I don’t see Manage achievements or the three‑dots menu
You might not have achievement admin rights. Ask a Company Admin to update your access.

The achievement I want isn’t in the list
Check that the achievement has been created and activated, not disabled or still in draft.
