How can I find reports for disabled products, teams and users?

You can include disabled products, teams and users in the report filters so you can see their historical reports.

Role
Company Admin, Team Admin, or anyone with access to the Data / Reports page

Plan
All plans

Prerequisites

  • You can open Data / Reports in the left‑hand menu

  • Products, teams or users have been disabled but have historical reports you want to review

Step‑by‑step instructions

Step 1 – Open Reports

  1. In the left‑hand menu, click Data (or Reports, depending on your setup).

  2. Make sure you’re on the All Data / Reports view, not just a personal view.

By default, the filter dropdowns (Product, Team, User, etc.) only show active entities.

Step 2 – Show disabled entities

  1. In the top‑right corner, click More actions.

  2. Select Show disabled entities.

Now, when you open the filter dropdowns:

  • Disabled products, teams, and users appear at the bottom of each list.

  • They are marked with red text so you can easily distinguish them from active ones.

Step 3 – Filter and view historical reports

  1. In the filters (Product, Team, User, etc.), select the disabled entity you want to inspect.

  2. The report list will include all matching reports, including those created by or for disabled products/teams/users.

  3. In the report list, reports tied to disabled entities are also marked with colored text, so you can quickly spot them.

What if this doesn’t work?

I can’t see “Show disabled entities” in More actions

  • Make sure you’re on the All Data / Reports page, not a simplified or personal view.

  • If it’s still missing, you may not have the required access; ask a Company Admin or Team Admin to check your permissions.

I turned on Show disabled entities but still can’t find a specific product/team/user

  • Verify that the entity was actually disabled, not deleted. Deleted entities will not appear in filters.

  • Check your date filters – if you’re only looking at recent dates, older reports for that entity may fall outside the current range.

Reports for a disabled entity look wrong or incomplete

  • Confirm that all relevant filters (Activity type, Period, Product, Team, User) are set correctly.

  • Try widening the date range to include the full period when that entity was active.
