How can I reset my password?

You reset your password from the login page by requesting a reset link to your email and then choosing a new password.

Additionally, SalesScreen offers two login methods: Passwordless Login, where you can log in using your organization email without entering a password, and Standard Email-and-Password Login, which requires a password. If you cannot remember your password, follow the steps below to reset it.

Prerequisites / who this applies to

If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folders and ensure you are using the correct email address associated with your account. If your email is not recognized, it is possible that your account has been deactivated and you may need to contact your administrator for reactivation.

  • You log in with email + password (not SSO)

  • You still have access to the email inbox for your SalesScreen account

Note: If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you can’t reset your password in SalesScreen. Use your SSO provider’s reset flow or contact your IT admin.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the reset page

    • Go to app.salesscreen.com.

    • Click Forgot your password? under the login fields.

  2. Request a reset link

    • Enter the email address you use to log in to SalesScreen.

    • Click Reset your password.

  3. Open the email

    • Check your inbox for an email from SalesScreen with subject “Reset your password”.

    • The link in the email is valid for 24 hours. If it expires, start again from step 1.

    • Click the Reset password link in the email.

  4. Set a new password

    • On the reset page, enter your new password in both fields.

    • Your password must be at least 12 characters (numbers, letters, or a mix).

    • Click Reset password to save.

    • When you see “Password updated”, click Back to login or go to app.salesscreen.com and sign in with your new password.

    What happens next

    • Your old password stops working immediately.

    • You can now log in to SalesScreen with your new password on all devices.

    • If you were logged in elsewhere, you may be asked to sign in again using the new password.

What if this doesn’t work?

  • I didn’t receive the password reset email
Check your spam/junk folder and confirm you typed the correct email. If nothing arrives after 5–10 minutes, try again or contact your admin/SalesScreen support.

  • I get an “Invalid token” error
The link is expired or already used. Go back to app.salesscreen.com, click Forgot your password?, and request a new link.

  • My new password is rejected
Make sure it has at least 12 characters. It can be only numbers, only letters, or a combination, as long as it’s long enough.

  • I use SSO and can’t reset my password
If you log in via Microsoft/Google/other SSO, reset your password through that provider instead. Contact your IT department if you’re unsure how.
