How do I delete a competition in SalesScreen?

You delete a competition from the Competitions page by opening the three‑dots menu on the competition and choosing Delete, which permanently removes it from Active, Draft, and Completed lists.

  • Gamification / Competitions are enabled for your company

  • You understand that deletion is permanent and the competition will not appear in history


Step‑by‑step instructions

Step 1 – Open Competitions

  1. In the left‑hand sidebar, click Competitions.


Step 2 – Delete the competition

  1. In the list, find the competition you want to remove.

  2. On the far right of that row, click the three‑dots (⋯) menu.

  3. Click Delete.

  4. Confirm if prompted.

The competition is now permanently deleted and will not appear under Active, Draft, or Completed competitions.


What if this doesn’t work?

I don’t see the Delete option
You may not have Company Admin or Competition Admin rights. Ask an admin to check your role and permissions.

I deleted the wrong competition – can I restore it?
No. Deletion is permanent. You’ll need to recreate the competition with the same settings if you want it back.
