Role:
Company Admin (or Admin with access to Settings → Integrations)
Plan:
All plans where Integrations are available
Prerequisites:
You can open Manage → Settings → Integrations in SalesScreen
You have an active Strava account to use for the company‑level authorization
Users who want to send data must each have their own Strava account
How Strava works in SalesScreen
Strava is a user‑owned integration:
Each user must personally connect their Strava account and grant permission for SalesScreen to read their activity.
After they authenticate, their Strava activity flows into SalesScreen in real time.
As an admin, your job is simply to activate and authorize Strava once at the company level so users can connect themselves.
Step 1 – Activate the Strava integration
In the left‑hand sidebar, click Manage.
Go to Settings → Integrations.
Find Strava in the list and click it to open the integration details.
Turn the integration On / Activate for your company.
When this is on, Strava appears as a connectable integration for your users.
Step 2 – Authorize Strava for your company
While still in the Strava integration view, click Authorize (or the equivalent authorization button).
Complete the Strava authorization flow so SalesScreen is allowed to read activity data for users who connect their accounts.
After this step:
The company‑level connection between SalesScreen and Strava is authorized.
Individual users manage Strava from their own Profile settings, where they can connect or disconnect their account; admins cannot do this on their behalf.
What if this doesn’t work?
I don’t see Strava under Settings → Integrations
Strava may not be enabled for your tenant or plan. Contact SalesScreen Support or your Customer Success Manager to confirm availability.
Users can’t see Strava as an option to connect
Make sure Strava is On/Activated and Authorized in the integration view.
Ask the user to refresh the app or log out and back in.
A user connected Strava but data doesn’t appear in SalesScreen
Ask them to confirm they granted the correct permissions in Strava when connecting.
Check that they have recent activities in Strava and that the activity types they expect are supported by your SalesScreen setup.
