How do I connect my Strava account to SalesScreen?

To bring your Strava activity into SalesScreen you must connect your own Strava account and give SalesScreen permission to read your data. Once connected, your activities sync to SalesScreen in real time.

Prerequisites

Your company admin has activated and authorized the Strava integration

  • You have an active Strava account

Step 1 – Open Integrations in your profile

  1. Log in to SalesScreen.

  2. Go to Your Profile → Integrations.

Step 2 – Connect and choose data access

  1. Find Strava and click Connect.

  2. In the popup, choose whether SalesScreen may include your private data or not:

    • If you do not include private data, only public activities in Strava will sync to SalesScreen.

    • If you allow private data, SalesScreen can use all your activities.

Click Continue.

Step 3 – Log in to Strava

  1. You’re redirected to the Strava login page.

  2. Log in with your Strava account (email, Google, Apple, Facebook, etc.).

Step 4 – Authorize SalesScreen

  1. After logging in, you’ll see an Authorize SalesScreen page.

  2. Review what SalesScreen will be able to see.

  3. Click Authorize to grant access.

You can revoke this access at any time from your Strava settings.

Once authorized, your Strava integration is active and your activities will start syncing to SalesScreen.

How to terminate the integration

If you want to stop sending Strava data to SalesScreen, you can disconnect it either from SalesScreen or from Strava.

From SalesScreen

  1. Go to Your Profile → Integrations.

  2. Click Manage next to Strava.

  3. Choose the option to Terminate the integration.

From Strava

  1. Log in to Strava on the web.

  2. Go to Settings → My Apps.

  3. Find SalesScreen in the list and click Revoke to remove its access.

What if this doesn’t work?

I don’t see Strava under Integrations in my profile

  • Your company may not have activated Strava yet. Ask a Company Admin to enable and authorize Strava in Manage → Settings → Integrations.

I get an error when logging in or authorizing Strava

  • Check that your Strava account is active and you’re using the correct login method (email, Google, Apple, etc.).

  • Try again in an incognito/private browser window to rule out cached sessions.

My Strava activities don’t appear in SalesScreen

  • Confirm that you completed the Authorize step.

  • If you chose not to share private data, make sure the activities you expect to see are public in Strava.

  • Wait a few minutes and refresh; then contact your admin or SalesScreen Support with the activity timestamps if nothing appears.
