A new reward setup page opens.

Short text under the title/image explaining what the reward is
(e.g. “Company hoodie with logo, shipped to your home address.”).

Limit quantity

Example: set to 10 → only 10 approved redemptions; after that, the reward disappears.Purchase limit
Limits how many times one user can redeem this reward within a period.
Example: Max 2 per quarter so one person can’t use all your budget.Limit period
Date range when the reward is available (e.g. only during a quarter or a special campaign such as “Q2 Winner’s Trip”).Limit team access
Choose which team(s) can see and redeem this reward.
Useful for team‑specific or country‑specific rewards (e.g. SDR‑only rewards).
Step 5 – Add additional fields (optional)
Use Additional fields to collect extra information needed to deliver the reward, for example:
T‑shirt size
Color preference
Shipping address
You can:
Add up to three extra fields.
Choose text fields or dropdowns.
Mark fields as required.
This ensures you have everything needed to fulfill the reward without extra back‑and‑forth with the user.
Step 6 – Save and publish the reward
When you’ve filled out all relevant fields, save your changes.
The reward will appear in the Reward Shop according to the visibility, limits, team access, and time settings you configured.
What if this doesn’t work?
Users can’t see the new reward
Check Limit team access, Limit period, and Limit quantity.
Make sure they belong to an allowed team and the reward is currently active and not sold out.
Redemptions aren’t auto‑approved as expected
Confirm that Enable auto‑approval is turned on for that reward.
If still not working, check for any global approval rules or contact support.
