Prerequisites
You must be logged in to SalesScreen Essentials.
You need access to the New button in the left menu and to the Feed.
Step 1 – Give a new Endorsement
Fill in the fields:
Level – choose whether you want to endorse a User or a Team.
In SalesScreen Essentials there is only one team, so Team = everyone.
Select a user / team – pick the person (or team) you want to endorse.
Category – choose what kind of endorsement this is, for example:
Superhero
Playful
Team Player
Brave
Comment – write why you are giving this endorsement. You can also add a GIF, image, or emoji if you like.
Show it on screens and in the Feed – turn this on if you want the endorsement to:
Pop up on office screens, and
Appear as a post in the Feed.
If you turn it off, the endorsement will still show on the person’s profile, but not in the Feed.
When you are done, click Endorse.
The endorsement is now saved and, if you chose it, shared with the whole team.
Step 2 – Create an Endorsement from a Feed post
Sometimes a post in the Feed makes you think: “They deserve an endorsement!”
Go to the Feed and find the post.
Click the Endorse button on that post.
The same Endorsement pop-up opens, with the user already selected.
Choose the Level, Category, and write your Comment.
Decide if you want to broadcast it on screens and in the Feed.
Click Endorse.
What happens next?
The person (or team) receives an endorsement tied to their profile.
If you chose to broadcast it, everyone can see it in the Feed and on office screens.
Over time, endorsements help build a culture where people notice and celebrate each other’s extra effort.
What if this doesn’t work?
I don’t see the Endorsement option under New
Check that you have access to the New menu in SalesScreen Essentials. If the option is missing, contact an Admin to confirm your permissions.
My endorsement didn’t appear in the Feed or on screens
Edit or recreate the endorsement and make sure Show it on screens and in the Feed is turned on before you click Endorse. If it is still not visible on screens, ask an Admin to verify that your screens are online and configured.
