Role
End user: see your own coins
Rewards Admin / Admin: see all users’ coins
Plan
Pro and Enterprise
Prerequisites
Rewards are enabled in your SalesScreen environment
Rewards admin (or similar) access is required to see other users’ coins
Step 1 – Open Rewards and go to Earnings
In the left‑hand menu, click Rewards.
At the top of the page, click the Earnings tab.
You will see a list of users and, for the selected time period:
Coins in this period
Coins out this period
Coins reserved
Current balance
If you are not an admin, you will only see your own name in this list.
Step 2 – Open one user’s coin history
In the list, click the name of the user you want to check.
You now see that user’s Earnings history – a list of all coin transactions for the selected period.
Step 3 – Use filters to find what you need
At the top of the user’s Earnings page, you can:
Change the date period (for example This month or custom dates).
Filter by transaction type using the buttons/dropdown, such as:
Achievements
Battles
Competitions
Endorsements
Manual
Report
Use these filters to quickly find the coins or transactions you’re looking for.
Step 4 – Understand the list
Each row in the Earnings history shows:
Name – what the transaction is about (for example a reward or an endorsement)
Description – a short explanation
Date – when it happened
Status – what happened with the transaction
In this period / Out this period – coins earned or spent
Think of:
Coins in = how the user earned coins
Coins out = how the user spent coins
Step 5 – What do the statuses mean?
Completed – The transaction is finished and correct.
Pending – Waiting for approval or not completed yet.
Declined – A reward request was denied by an admin.
Cancelled – The user changed their mind and cancelled the request.
Refunded – A request was approved before, but later undone and coins were given back.
Aborted – Something went wrong and the transaction did not finish (rare).
What if this doesn’t work?
I can’t see the Earnings tab or other users
Make sure you are on the Rewards page.
If you only see your own name, you likely don’t have Rewards admin access; contact an admin to confirm your permissions.
Transactions or balances don’t look right
Check the date period and filters at the top of the Earnings page to ensure you are viewing the correct range and transaction types.
If something still looks wrong, capture the user name, date, and transaction details, and share this with an admin or support so they can investigate.
