Embed dashboard

This guide shows you how to enable embedding on a board, control access, and retrieve the embed link you’ll use in external systems.

Pre‑requisites

  • You must have Full company access in SalesScreen.

Embedding a dashboard lets you display a SalesScreen board inside another system (for example, an intranet or BI portal).


Step 1 – Open Manage Boards

  1. Go to Dashboard in the left‑hand sidebar navigation.

  2. In the top‑right corner, click Manage Boards.


Step 2 – Edit the board you want to embed

  1. In Manage Boards, make sure you are on the Web boards tab.

  2. Click the category that contains the dashboard you want to embed (e.g., 1. Oslo).

  3. On the board you want, click the three dots (…) and choose Edit.


Step 3 – Enable embedding

  1. In the board settings, scroll to the Board access section.

  2. Turn on the Embeddable toggle.

Click Save (if applicable) to confirm your changes.


Step 4 – Get the embed link

  1. Back in Manage Boards, find the same board again.

  2. Click the three dots (…) on that board.

  3. Select Show embed details.

  4. Copy the embed URL or code shown there and paste it into the external system where you want to display the dashboard.

Your dashboard is now ready to be embedded and viewed outside of SalesScreen.
