How do I import new users?

  1. Navigate to User Management:

    • Go to Manage in the main menu.

    • Select Users from the submenu.

  2. Access Import Options:

    • Click on the More Actions button (represented by a dropdown or menu icon).

    • Select Import users from the list of options.

  3. Choose Import Source:

    • Select Import users from (system name) from the available import options.

  4. Review and Map Users:

    • If a user already exists in SalesScreen:

      • Select the option to Map Existing to match the Native Integration user with the corresponding SalesScreen user.

    • If the user is new and not present in SalesScreen:

      • Toggle the user Off to exclude them from the import.

  5. Finalize the Import:

    • After reviewing all users, confirm the import to complete the process.

Tips:

  • Ensure all necessary users are properly mapped or toggled before finalizing the import to avoid duplicates or missing entries.

  • Use the User Logs section for troubleshooting if any discrepancies occur after the import.

By following these steps, you can efficiently synchronize and map users between Native Integration and SalesScreen.

In this example we are importing from SalesForce. But this works with all native integrations.
