What are Missions?
'Missions' allow both admins and users to create personalized missions aimed at improving individual performance. The module incorporates metric-related milestones as well as non-metric goals. To further enhance motivation, managers and users can boost "coins" as incentives for mission completion. Additionally, missions can be designated as private or public, with public missions visible to the entire organization and displayed in the activity feed.
In addition, SalesScreen offers six different types of pre-configured Suggestions, each designed with the user in mind. These suggestions vary across different metrics and difficulty levels (attainable, challenging, elite), and are tailored to the individual's performance data, providing personalized goals to streamline the process of setting recurring missions.

Boosting is where a user or manager alike can support another user into completing their mission by showing support and offering them coins if they succeed. Should the user not be successful in completing their mission, the coins are returned to the booster.
Q. Who can boost and what budget does it use?
Upon creation of a mission from a manger/admin for a user, they can boost a mission to incentivize them. This will comes out of their ‘coin budget’.
After mission creation, anyone who can view the mission of a user can boost it. This will come out of their personal coin budget.
Q. Who can see the values for the goals etc of another users mission?
When clicking onto the mission feed post, it will redirect you to the full mission view should you have access to the gamification information for that user. This will show all the individual milestones that a user has set themselves, including the names of the metric(s), achievement(s) and to-do item(s). Should you also have access to view the data for that user, you will also be able to see the goals that a user has set for themself for a respective metric.

Q. Do I have to manually tick of the to-do items?

Q. Can I delete/edit my mission?
You cannot edit a mission after it has been completed as some individuals may have already boosted the mission based on the milestones and goals you have set for yourself. You do however, have the opportunity to ‘abort’ a mission within 1 hour after creating it if you are a regular user.
