Integration Set Up
Setup is done by SalesScreen, SalesScreen will send you login to Tango Card and you can add funds from there
We have recently updated our TangoCard integration that now allows admins to fund your TangoCard account directly from within SalesScreen—no need to contact your CSM or log into another platform. This update makes it faster and easier to keep your reward balance topped up, with real-time balance visibility and fewer failed transactions.
Setting Up The New Integration
You can access the new integration two ways in SalesScreen, the first being from the Rewards Shop page.
2. The second being when creating a new reward, you have the option to connect Tango Card during the setup process.
3. After clicking either entry point, a pop-up will appear prompting to connect your account. Click Connect Tango to proceed.
Funding Your Account
To fund your balance:
Go to Rewards → Requests & Transactions
Submit a funding request for your desired amount
A 10% processing fee will be added to the invoice
Our finance team will send an invoice for the requested amount
⚠️ Important: Funds will only be available after the invoice is paid and processed. Once funds are in place, you can begin sending gift cards, as long as there’s available balance.
