Where to set it
From Organization, go to Key Metrics, click the three dots on the key metric you want to set a target for, then choose Settings.
Who can access it
Managers and company admins.
Target settings explained
Should this key metric have a target?
Toggle this on to enable and configure target settings.
Autocopy targets?
Toggle this on if you want targets to automatically copy to the next period when no new targets are set.
Target levels
Toggle on the levels where you want to input targets. Targets roll upwards: if you only set a target at user level, that target will roll up to higher levels that are not toggled on. If you toggle on higher levels, you will be expected to input targets for those levels as well.
What should the default target be for new users?
Set a default target that will automatically apply to users added after these settings are configured.
