Prerequisites
At least one screen playlist is set up
Screens/Playlists are enabled for your company
Step 1 – Open Screens and Available slides
In the left‑hand menu, click Screens.
At the top of the page, go to the Playlists tab.
On the right side, in Available slides, click Create new slide.
Step 2 – Choose the type of slide
In the slide creation view:
On the left, pick a group.
Inside the group, choose a slide type.
Examples:
Data – KPIs and numbers
Single metric, Activity flow, Hit‑rate, etc.
Gamification – SalesScreen game elements
Achievements, Battles, Coins, Rewards, XP & Levels, leaderboards, etc.
Media – your own content
Image, Time countdown, Web page, YouTube
Recognition – people‑focused content
Step 3 – Configure a Data slide
If you chose a Data slide (for example Single metric):
Metric – choose the KPI (for example Closed Won value per user).
Period – select the time range (for example This month).
Layout – pick how to show the data, e.g.:
Table, Bar, Pie, Grid, Number, Line.
Extra options (if available):
Measure towards target (Yes/No)
Show total (Yes/No)
Show comparison (Yes/No)
View by – choose breakdown (User, Team, etc.).
Add filters if you want to limit which data appears.
(For non‑Data slides, fill in the fields relevant to that slide type.)
Step 4 – Choose a background
Click Set background.
In the window that opens, choose a tab:
Suggestions – ready‑made SalesScreen backgrounds
Unsplash – search for free images
Upload – upload your own image
Library – reuse images you’ve already uploaded
Click the image you want to use.
Tip: Built‑in backgrounds are designed to work well with text and numbers and are often the safest choice.
Step 5 – Name the slide and add it to playlists
Enter a Title for the slide.
This name appears on the screen and in Playlists.
(Optional) Use the playlist dropdown to select one or more playlists that should immediately include this slide.
Step 6 – Save or publish the slide
Choose one of:
Save as draft
The slide is saved but not yet live.
It appears in Available slides with a New tag.
Save and publish
The slide is saved and added to the selected playlists.
It will start showing on all screens that use those playlists.
Notes:
The Available slides list is alphabetical. After a refresh, your slide will move into place.
Use the Search box above Available slides to quickly find a slide.
How do I change duration, edit, or copy the slide later?
Go to Screens → Playlists.
Select the playlist that contains your slide.
On the slide, click the three‑dots menu.
Choose:
Edit – change the slide setup
Copy – create a new slide based on this one
Preview – see how it will look on screen
Duration – set how many seconds the slide stays on screen (e.g. 15 or 60 seconds)
If you saved the slide as a draft, you can later drag it from Available slides into any playlist.
What if this doesn’t work?
My slide doesn’t appear on any TV screens
Make sure you clicked Save and publish and selected at least one playlist.
Check that the playlist is assigned to a screen under Screens, and that the screen is online.
I can’t find the slide I just created
Look in Available slides and use the Search box.
Remember the list is alphabetical and draft slides show a New label.
The data or layout doesn’t look right
Edit the slide from Screens → Playlists → … → Edit.
Review the Metric, Period, Layout, and any filters, and adjust until the slide shows the metric and breakdown you expect.
If you selected a target layout but the metric doesn’t have any targets configured, either add targets to that metric first or switch to a layout that doesn’t use targets.
