Note that deleting an Achievement will also delete:
all the records of when it was triggered
the corresponding badge(s) from the sales reps profile page
If you do not wish to that, note that you can simply disable an Achievement by clicking on Manage at the bottom left corner of SalesScreen. A menu will pop up, where you can proceed to click on Achievements under the Gamification headline:
From there you are able to press the 3 dots and choose Disable:
If you wish to move forward with deleting an Achievement, you can choose Delete instead:
