The first step is to click on Manage at the bottom left corner of SalesScreen.

A menu will pop up, where you can proceed to click on Achievement under the Gamification headline:

Once on the Achievement management page, you will see an overview of the Achievements currently setup. Click on the History menu item, then click on the trash can icon for the wrongly awarded Achievement.

Finally, click on delete to confirm it.
