To access historical reports, click on Reports in the left side menu:

By default, only active products, teams and users will show up in the filter dropdowns.

If you want disabled entities to show up in the filter, press the More Actions button in the upper right, and select Show disabled entities:

Disabled entities will show up at the bottom of the filter dropdowns, marked with red colored text:

Reports by disabled entities will show marked with colored text in the list of reports:
