How do I know if a Dynamics CRM user account has the System Administrator role?

Find out if your Dynamics CRM user account has the System Administrator role, and can thus be used to integrate with SalesScreen.

Sign in to your Dynamics CRM Online organization and follow the steps below.



Step 1

Navigate to Settings > Security.



Step 2

Click on Users.



Step 3

In the list, select the user or users that you want to assign a security role to. Proceed by clicking on Manage Roles.



Step 4

In the list of roles, scroll down to the System Administrator role and make sure it has a check mark next to it.

This user is now eligible to set up the integration between your SalesScreen and Dynamics CRM Online organizations.
