Sign in to your Dynamics CRM Online organization and follow the steps below.



Step 1

Navigate to Settings > Security.



Step 2

Click on Users.



Step 3

In the list, select the user or users that you want to assign a security role to. Proceed by clicking on Manage Roles.



Step 4

In the list of roles, scroll down to the System Administrator role and make sure it has a check mark next to it.

This user is now eligible to set up the integration between your SalesScreen and Dynamics CRM Online organizations.
