Prerequisites

You need to be a SalesScreen competition or company administrator in order to share competition statuses.

What Does it Mean to Share a Competition?

Now, when you create a Competition, you have the option to toggle on email status updates for each phase: when the competition begins, it’s halfway point, and when it ends. Enabling email sharing is simple, follow the guide below to get started!

Guide

The following steps explain how to share a competition to Email.

Step 1

In SalesScreen, navigate to the Competitions dashboard.

Step 2

Click the “Create New” button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

Step Three

From there, set up your competition as you normally would. Pick the competition you’d like to run, desired layout, participants or teams, activities, and prizes. Once you’ve set up the competition, on the final page you are given the option to toggle on email notifications for any part of the competition.
