How can I manage my users' reports?

Learn how to browse, edit, delete or add historical reports on behalf of your users.

The first step is to click on Reports in the menu to the left of SalesScreen:

From there you can do several things:

Browse reports

Select report type

Once in your the All Reports page, you can easily browse through them.
The first thing you'll notice are tabs at the top.

Clicking the Activity type tab will allow you easily jump between the different activity types in your company:

Select time period

You can also select From and To dates to view your reports within a time period of your choice. You can also filter on different time Periods, for instance; last week, last month or last quarter:

In order to browse more easily reports, you can also:

Add a report back in time

If you forgot to add a report, you can always come to this page and add it back in time.
To do so, start by selecting Add in the top right corner

Fill in all the necessary information, select the date and time at which your report was meant to be added and click on Add Report

Edit a report

If a user mistakenly added a report with incorrect information, you can always go to Reports and edit it. That user can also edit the report by himself.
โ€‹Note that you can not edit the following fields:

  • User

  • Team

  • Activity

If you want to edit one of the fields, start by narrowing down the list to find the report you would like to edit. We recommend that you read the section "Browse reports" above to find out how could you can easily narrow down the list.


Once you found the report, click on the value that you would like to edit and enter a new value. Click Save Changes to make your changes permanent:

Delete a personal report

If you mistakenly added a report with incorrect information, you can always go to your Reports and remove it.
To do so, start by narrowing down the list to find the report you would like to remove. We recommend that you read the section "Browse your personal reports" above to find out how could you can easily narrow down the list.
Once you found the report, click Delete selected to delete the report:

Click Delete make your changes permanent:

Export reports to Excel

To do so, start by selecting the correct Activity type at the top:

Click the box to the left of the reports you would like to export. Then click on More actions-> Export to Excel:

The reports will now be exported to Excel.
