Overview
SalesScreen can send automatic digital gift cards through our integration with Tango Card.
Tango Card uses a system called Reward Link, which lets users choose from many different gift cards in one place.
How does it work?
User requests a Reward Link
The user goes to the SalesScreen Reward Shop and buys a Reward Link reward.Admin approves the request
An admin reviews the reward request and clicks Approve in SalesScreen.User gets an email with a link
After approval, SalesScreen automatically sends an email to the user with a Reward Link URL.User selects gift card(s)
The user clicks the link, goes to the Reward Link website, and picks which gift card(s) they want.
They can split the amount across several cards.
Example: a $15 Reward Link can be used as a $5 Amazon gift card + $10 H&M gift card.User receives the gift card email(s)
Reward Link emails the final gift card(s) to the user.
How do I set it up?
You can start the setup directly from the Reward Shop.
You can also contact the SalesScreen Support team, and they will help you complete the setup.
Information SalesScreen needs to set up your Tango Card account:
Name and email of the Tango Card account owner
(the person who will add funds to the Tango Card balance).Which countries you want to offer gift cards for, and how much money you want to fund for each
(for example: United States – $200).
After SalesScreen has this information:
We set up Reward Link on your SalesScreen account.
You add funding to your Tango Card balance so that reward requests can be processed automatically.
