How can I reactivate a user?

Reactivate a user in order to give him/her access back to its SalesScreen account.

Required User Privileges: User Admin

The first step is to click on Manage at the bottom left corner of SalesScreen.

A menu will pop up, where you can proceed to click on Users under the Company headline:

Once in the Users Management page, click the Inactive menu tab:

Once in the Inactive Users Management page, select the users that you'd like to reactivate by clicking on the checkbox next to their name and click Activate User:
