How can I reactivate a user?

Reactivate a user in SalesScreen to restore access to their account.

Required User Privileges: User Admin

1. Open the Users page

  • Click Manage in the bottom-left corner of SalesScreen.

  • In the menu that appears, click Users under the Company section.

2. Go to inactive users

  • On the Users Management page, click the Inactive tab.

3. Reactivate the user

  • In the Inactive Users list, select the user(s) you want to reactivate by checking the box next to their name.

  • Click Activate User to restore their access.
