• The user must have the Manage Billing permission enabled in their Profile (e.g., System Administrator) or in a Permission Set 
  • The user must be logged in to its production environment org


  1. Go to the Salesforce AppExchange
  2. Click on My Installs & Subscriptions
  3. In the overview/list of all apps innstalled in your organization, find the SalesScreen app
  4. Click on Change Billing Information
