We've compiled a list of frequently asked questions to help you get all the information you need when starting with Essentials.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes! We are happy to support your needs as goals and teams evolve. You can reach out on our support chat to speak with our sales team, who can walk you through the best solution for you.

Is there a discount for annual subscriptions?

While we do not discount for annual subscriptions, we can discount by license volume.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes! While we would hate to see you go, you can cancel your Essentials subscription anytime. After canceling, you will have the remainder of the billing period to use SalesScreen.

Is customer support included in all plans?

Although a dedicated Customer Success Manager is not included in the Essentials subscription, our chat support is always available for quick troubleshooting and questions.

Can I add or remove users from my plan?

Yes! We make adding or removing licenses within the app easy so you can adjust as needed. You can learn more on how to manage your users here.

Why can't I edit anything in my account?

Essentials is designed to be as simple and straightforward as possible for you and your team, so editing within the platform is limited. As an admin, you can:

  • Create and edit up to 4 metrics

  • Edit activity type settings like name, icons, colors, textual representation

  • Edit and create activities

  • Edit existing achievements, like changing names, thresholds, etc.

  • Rearrange widgets on the browser app

  • Edit feed settings

To fully access all features and functions in SalesScreen, contact our sales team to explore upgrade options.

How secure is my data on your platform?

We are ISO-certified and GDPR-compliant.

Is there a limit to the number of users I can have? A minimum?

There is no limit or minimum to how many users you can have. However, we maintain a $10,000k ACV minimum for all plans outside of Essentials. For the best experience, we suggest a minimum of five (5) users on Essentials.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You cannot downgrade, as Essentials is our most basic option. However, you can upgrade whenever you like by reaching out to our sales team on the support chat!

What happens if I exceed my plan's usage limits?

Once you have run out of available licenses, you cannot add any more users until you purchase more licenses.

Do you provide training or onboarding for new users?

We do not provide training to Essentials customers, although if you are having difficulties, you can reach out to our support chat for help. You can also look through our help articles.

Does Essentials support integrations?

At this time, Essentials is a manual entry only; we do not support integrations. However, we support integrations with nearly any other platform with our full Gamification solution.

Can I be invoiced for my Essentials plan?

Essentials is a monthly subscription paid by credit card, and invoicing is not possible. You will need to upgrade for invoicing options.
