How to add multiple images to an Image slide

Image and Image with caption slides support multiple images in a single slide. The TV cycles through them in order before advancing to the next playlist item.

Available on all plans.

Image slides and Image with caption slides both support multiple images in a single playlist entry. Instead of creating a separate slide for each image, you can load all your images into one slide — the TV plays through them in order before moving to the next item in the playlist.

Only Screen Administrators, Company Administrators and Managers(if enabled in privacy) can create and edit image slides.

Add images to a slide

When creating or editing an Image or Image with caption slide, the image area shows a horizontal list where you can manage all images in the slide.

To add images:

  1. Open Screens → Slides and create a new Image or Image with caption slide, or edit an existing one.

  2. In the image area, click "Set Background" or the "+" icon if you already have a background image set

  3. Select your image

  4. Save the slide.

Accepted formats: JPG and PNG.

Crop images

Cropping is available when you upload images one at a time. If you upload multiple files at once — either by selecting several files in the file picker or by dragging multiple files — cropping is skipped and the images are used as-is.

If cropping matters (for example, to focus on a specific area), upload images individually.

Reorder, remove, or add images

After uploading, you can manage the image list at any time by editing the slide:

  • Reorder — drag images left or right within the list to change the playback order.

  • Remove — click the remove icon on an individual image to delete it without affecting the others.

  • Add more — click the "+" button to add images to an existing slide at any time.

How images play on the TV

The TV cycles through the images in the order shown in the editor. Each image displays for the slide's configured Duration — so a slide with 4 images and a 10-second duration will occupy 40 seconds in the playlist before advancing to the next slide.

Images are displayed using a contain fit — the full image is always visible. If the image aspect ratio doesn't match the screen, there may be narrow bars at the edges.
