Step‑by‑step instructions
Step 1 – Open Screens and go to Playlists
In the left‑hand menu, click Screens.
At the top, select the Playlists tab.
Either open an existing playlist or click Create playlist if you want a new one.
Step 2 – Create an Achievements slide
On the right, in Available slides, click Create slide.
In the slide editor, choose the Gamification group.
Select Achievements.
Step 3 – Choose what to show
At the top of the editor you have two main variants:
Leaderboard – shows a leaderboard of users and their achievements.
Recent achievements – shows a feed of the most recently unlocked achievements.
Use the buttons at the top‑right of the editor to choose the variant you want.
Give the slide a Title and (optional) Period if you want to limit to a specific time range.
Step 4 – Filter what data is displayed
Use the filters on the left side:

Choose All, or filter by Department, Team, or Users to show only achievements for that group.
Filter access rights
Decide who is allowed to edit this slide:
Example: set to a specific Team or Department so only admins with access to that group can edit it.
This lets you build screens for specific offices, teams, or regions.
Step 5 – Save and publish
When the preview looks the way you want, click Save and publish (or Save as draft if you’re not ready yet).
Make sure this playlist is assigned to the screen(s) where you want achievements to appear (Screens → Screens → select screen → Playlists).
The next time the screen refreshes, the Achievements slide will start showing on your TV.
What if this doesn’t work?
I don’t see Achievements as a slide option
Check that Achievements are enabled in your account and you’re in the Gamification group in the slide editor.
Make sure you have Screen Admin / Company Admin access.
The slide shows “No data”
Confirm that users have actually unlocked achievements within the selected Period and for the teams/departments you filtered on.
Try broadening the filters (e.g. All teams, longer period).
The playlist isn’t appearing on my TV
Verify that the playlist is assigned to the correct screen under Screens → Screens.
Reload the screen (use the Reload icon next to the screen name) or restart the TV app/player.
