How can I add or remove slides from a playlist?

You manage slides in a playlist from Screens → Playlists by selecting a playlist and then removing slides from the Slides in playlist section or adding slides from the Available slides section.

  • You have Company Admin or Screen Admin permissions


Step‑by‑step instructions

Step 1 – Open Screens
On the left side of SalesScreen, under Other, click Screens.

Step 2 – Go to the Playlists tab
At the top of the Screens page, click the Playlists tab.
You will now see:

  • A list of Playlists on the left

  • The slides in the selected playlist in the middle

  • Available slides you can add on the right

Step 3 – Select a playlist
In the Playlists list on the left, click the name of the playlist you want to edit (for example, Main Office).

  • The middle column now shows all active slides in that playlist.

  • The right column shows Available slides that are not in the playlist yet.

Step 4 – Remove slides from the playlist

  1. In the middle column, find the slide you want to remove.

  2. Click the red X next to that slide.

The slide is removed from this playlist but still available on the right side if you want to add it again.

Step 5 – Add slides to the playlist

  1. In the right Available slides column, find the slide you want to add.

  2. Click the plus (+) icon next to that slide.

The slide moves into the playlist and appears in the middle column.

You can use the search fields in both the middle and right columns to find slides faster.


What happens next

All screens that use this playlist will now follow the updated slide list and order.

Click the playlist reload icon to refresh any screens currently showing this playlist so the screens pick up your latest changes.


What if this doesn’t work?

  • I can’t see “Screens” or “Playlists”
    Screens/SalesSurround may not be enabled for your organization, or your role does not have access. Ask a Company Admin to check your subscription and your permissions.

  • I don’t see the playlist I need to edit
    Make sure you have the correct team access. The playlist you are editing might not be allowed to show this screen, or the screen might only be available to specific teams.

  • The red X or plus (+) icons are missing
    You may have view‑only access. Confirm that you are a Company Admin or Screen Admin, or ask an admin with the correct rights to update the playlist for you.
