You delete a slide in SalesScreen by going to Screens from the left‑hand menu, opening Slides, and deleting it from Available Slides (or via multi‑select), which removes the slide from all playlists in your company.
Prerequisites
You must be a Company Admin or Screen Admin to delete slides.
Step‑by‑step instructions
Important: before you delete a slide
Deleting a slide is permanent – the slide is removed from all playlists and from your SalesScreen account.
If you only want to stop showing it, you can remove the slide from the playlist(s) instead of deleting it.
Delete a single slide
Step 1 – Go to Screens
Find the slide
On the playlist management page, you can:Locate the slide inside a playlist, or
Look for it under Available Slides (use the search bar if needed).
If the slide is already in a playlist you want to clean up, remove it from that playlist first.
Delete the slide from Available Slides
Go to Available Slides in the left‑hand menu.
Find or search for the slide you want to delete.
Click the three dots on the slide and choose Delete.
The slide is now deleted for everyone in your SalesScreen company.
Delete multiple slides at once
Delete unused slides (cleanup)
In Slides, click the three dots menu.
Choose the option to delete all unused slides to quickly remove slides that are no longer in any playlist.
(Optional) Filter by team in larger accounts
Use the team filter (for example, choose Berlin) to see only slides used in that team’s playlists.
This makes it easier to review and delete slides that are only relevant to a specific team.
What if this doesn’t work?
I don’t see the option to delete a slide
Check that you’re logged in as a Company Admin or Screen Admin. Other roles may not have permission to delete slides.
I deleted a slide by mistake – can I restore it?
No. Slide deletion is irreversible. You will need to recreate the slide and add it back to the relevant playlists.
The slide still appears on a TV after deletion
Make sure the TV player has refreshed or restarted.
Confirm that the slide isn’t cached or duplicated in another playlist.
