How can I edit a slide?

You edit a slide from Screens → Slides by opening the three‑dots menu next to the slide, choosing Edit, updating the settings, and saving.

Step‑by‑step instructions

Step 1 – Go to Slides

  1. In the left‑hand menu, under Other, click Screens.

  2. At the top of the page, click the Slides tab.


Step 2 – Find the slide

  • Scroll the list or use Search and filters to locate the slide you want to change.


Step 3 – Edit the slide

  1. On the slide row, click the three‑dots menu on the right.

  2. Click Edit.

  3. Adjust the slide’s settings as needed.

  4. Click Save to store your changes.


What if this doesn’t work?

  • I don’t see the three‑dots menu or Edit option
    You may not have Company Admin or Screen Admin permissions. Ask an admin to check your access.

  • I don’t see the slide I want to edit
    You likely don’t have access to that slide. Slides can be limited to specific teams or admins. Check with a Company Admin or Screen Admin to confirm that your user (and team) has access to the screen/playlist where this slide is used.
