Prerequisites
Applies to: Admins and managers with permission to manage Achievements.
In the left-hand menu, click Achievements.
In the top-right corner of the Achievements page, click Manage achievements to open the Achievements management view.
How do I disable an active Achievement?
In the Achievements management page, review the list of existing Achievements.
Find the active Achievement you want to disable.
On the far right of that Achievement row, click the ellipsis (three dots) menu
Click Disable.
The Achievement will no longer trigger when its conditions are met.
How do I view and enable disabled Achievements?
In the Achievements management page, turn on Show disabled Achievements (or check the Show disabled box).
Review the list of disabled Achievements.
For the Achievement you want to re-activate, click the ellipsis (three dots) menu on the far right.
Click Enable (or the equivalent option to re-activate it).
The Achievement will be enabled again and can trigger when its conditions are met.
What if this doesn’t work?
I can’t see the Manage achievements option
Make sure you have the correct role (Admin or manager with permission to manage Achievements). If the option is still missing, contact an Admin in your organization to confirm your access.
I disabled an Achievement but it still seems to trigger
Double-check that you disabled the correct Achievement in the Manage achievements view and that there are no duplicate Achievements with similar names and conditions.
I can’t find a disabled Achievement to re-activate it
Turn on Show disabled Achievements and use any available filters or search to look for the Achievement by name. If it still doesn’t appear, confirm that it was created in the same environment (for example, not in another company or test instance).
