How do I manage push notifications in SalesScreen?

You manage push notifications from Profile → Notifications on web or mobile, where you can enable/disable all pushes, set business hours, and choose exactly which events should trigger notifications.

Where to access

  • Web: Profile picture → Profile settings → Notifications

Step‑by‑step instructions

1. Open notification settings on mobile

  1. Open the SalesScreen mobile app.

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top‑right corner.

  3. Tap Notifications.

2. Open notification settings on web

  1. Log in to SalesScreen in your browser.

  2. Click your profile pictureProfile settings.

  3. Open the Notifications tab.

3. Turn all push notifications on or off

In Notification settings:

  • Use the Enable toggle at the top.

    • Turn Enable off to stop all push notifications from SalesScreen.

    • Turn Enable on to receive push notifications according to the rest of your settings.

4. Set business hours (optional)

In the Business hours section:

  1. Turn the toggle on.

  2. Select the days you want to receive notifications.

  3. Set the From and To times when notifications are allowed.

  4. Choose Always on if you want notifications at any time.

Notifications will only be sent within the days/times you define.

5. Choose which events trigger notifications

In the Notification list, turn each toggle on or off as needed, for example:

  • Feed messages

  • Feed comments

  • Feed likes

  • Achievements

  • Battles

  • Competitions

  • Report / activity notifications (if enabled by your admin)

On mobile, you’ll see the same toggles under Notifications.

Admin note: Admins can also configure minimum values for report notifications in Feed settings, which can affect what users receive.

6. Save and test your settings

  • On web, click Save changes (top‑right).

  • On mobile, changes are saved automatically.

To test:

  1. Trigger a test event (for example send a test Feed message or Achievement).

  2. Confirm that a push notification appears on your phone.

What if this doesn’t work?

I can’t find the push notification settings in my mobile app
Update the SalesScreen app to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. You can also manage notifications on web under Profile → Notifications.

I enabled push notifications but nothing appears on my phone
Check your phone’s system settings to ensure notifications are allowed for SalesScreen:

  • iOS: Settings → Notifications → SalesScreen

  • Android: Settings → Apps → SalesScreen → Notifications

I turned on report notifications but still don’t get them
Your admin may have disabled or limited report notifications in Feed settings. Ask an admin to check Manage → Feeds → Edit feed → Sources.

Push notifications only arrive during certain hours
Review your Business hours in the Notifications page. If specific days/times are set, notifications are only sent in that window. Select Always on to receive notifications at any time.

I’m getting too many notifications
Turn off notification types you don’t need (for example Feed likes) or set Business hours to limit when notifications are sent. You can also ask an admin to configure minimum values for report notifications.

The “Troubleshoot Notifications” button didn’t fix it
After running troubleshooting, force close and reopen the SalesScreen app. If it still doesn’t work, double‑check your phone’s system‑level permissions for SalesScreen.
